We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products
  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons
  • Expired or improperly stored products

🔹 Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 3–7 days from delivery

🔹 Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the product
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged

🔹 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Payment will be returned via the original payment method within 5–10 business days

🔹 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customer may bear return shipping cost unless the issue is from our side
