- Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons
- Expired or improperly stored products
🔹 Return Period
- Returns must be requested within 3–7 days from delivery
🔹 Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the product
- Replacement or refund will be arranged

- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Payment will be returned via the original payment method within 5–10 business days
🔹 Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
